I provide consultations on business formation, ongoing business matters, dissolution, estate planning, asset protection as well as tax and accounting services for individuals. I am licensed as both an attorney and as a CPA in Oregon and Washington and serve a broad range of clients and businesses in both states and consult with clients from other states as well.
