I concentrate my practice on family-based immigration law, including removal defense before the U.S. Immigration Courts and the Immigration Custom and Enforcement’s Detention and Removal Office. I sppecialize in Applications for Waivers of Inadmissibility, Asylum, Petitions for Battered Spouses under the Violence Against Women Act, Applications for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, Petitions for U Visa Classification, prosecutorial discretion requests, etc. I have also completed an internship with the U.S. Department of Justice at the Chicago Immigration Court.
