Tyler Graham Storms was born and raised in Ruston, Louisiana, and later graduated from Ruston High School. He continued his education at Tulane University, where he earned both his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate Degrees. Throughout his career, Tyler has made significant contributions to the legal field, including his involvement in the revision of the Louisiana Civil Code. Notably, he holds the distinction of being the youngest authorized assistant examiner of the federal section in the Louisiana Bar Exam. Tyler has also shared his legal knowledge internationally, serving as a summer legal faculty member at Tulane and Loyola programs in Greece in 2004 and Panama in 2017. His legal acumen has been recognized through the publication of several of his works in the Louisiana Bar Journal.
