A seasoned investigator, attorney Trish Murphy conducts independent investigations for clients in Seattle and in the Pacific Northwest. Over more than 28 years and more than 300 cases, Trish has conducted workplace investigations and Title IX investigations of a diverse array of claims including sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, hostile work environment, failure to accommodate, serious misconduct, ethics violations, improper governmental action, bullying, sexual assault, and intimate partner violence. She is an Association of Workplace Investigators Certificate Holder (AWI-CH), a certified civil rights/Title IX investigator (ATIXA), and a licensed private investigator and attorney in Washington and Oregon. Trish's background includes providing labor and employment law advice and representation for employers, employees, and unions, as well as serving as a neutral for a civil rights enforcement agency. She is a Contributing Editor for Bloomberg's The Developing Labor Law treatise and a past President of the Northwest Association of Title IX Administrators.
