Professional and Philosophy Attorney Trent D. Woods is the managing partner at Woods Law Group, PLLC. His practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and firearms law. He has worked extensively in matters involving estate planning and probate proceedings, particularly for large, valuable, or unique firearms collections, contested and uncontested probate proceedings, ATF compliance, Federal Firearm Licensee (FFL) management and operations, unregistered or questionable status firearms, and general firearms law. He represents individuals, couples, and families planning their estates, decedents estates, individuals being investigated by the ATF, licensed gun dealers and manufacturers (FFLs), as well gun-related businesses, such as accessory or barrel manufacturers. Trent has written and lectured on numerous legal topics, in particular estate planning and firearms law. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, WealthCounsel, and many other groups. Trent believes in partnering with his clients by truly understanding their business, their families, and their needs, concerns, and goals. He takes a sincere interest in his clients and strives to understand what is truly important to them. This philosophy comes from his experience sitting on the opposite side of the desk from attorneys, as a client. As an operations manager of a multi-million dollar construction company, Trent worked closely with numerous attorneys for nearly ten years. He knows what it is like to sit in the client’s chair, and as a result, he strives to be the attorney he wished he always had. Personal Trent knows what is most important in his life: his wife and four children. He loves spending time with them and strives to be a good husband and father.
