I advise and represent clients in a variety of complex civil litigation disputes, including personal injury, corporate, construction, transportation, and employment law matters. I also counsel employers on OSHA issues, including compliance and citation defense. I regularly represent clients in Virginia’s state and federal courts, as well as in state and federal courts in the eastern United States. I have appeared on behalf of clients at numerous motion hearings, depositions, trials, mediations, appellate hearings, and arbitrations, and have assisted clients with civil litigation matters pending in either state or federal courts in Virginia, New York (Second Circuit), Tennessee, and South Carolina, and (pro hac vice) in Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, and Utah. I have also assisted clients with OSHA matters pending in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, Missouri, North Carolina, Texas, and Virginia.
