Seelman is the Managing Partner of the Denver office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP, a 1,200-attorney national firm, and he is the nation-wide chair of the firm's Antitrust and Competition practice and the Government Investigations practice. Todd practices in the areas of antitrust and competition law, securities, employment law, banking, breach of contract matters, and financial fraud matters. Todd also serves as an adjunct professor of antitrust law at the Sturm College of Law at Denver University. Todd is the past Chair of the Colorado Bar Association's Antitrust Section.
