His commitment to returning to his roots led him to transfer back to Utah, where he completed his J.D. at the esteemed S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. During his studies, Todd gained invaluable experience as a law clerk at Salcido Law Firm and interned at the Salt Lake Immigration Court, solidifying his passion for immigration law and criminal defense.
