He continued his academic and athletic pursuits at Linfield College, focusing on Chemistry and playing college basketball. His passion for sports and teamwork carried over to Southern Oregon University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology, graduating with honors in 1999. During his time at SOU, he contributed to a basketball team that achieved remarkable success, ranking second nationally and winning the Conference Championship. In 1999, Timothy stepped into the legal field as a law clerk at Roy Dwyer’s personal injury firm, laying the foundation for his future career. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2003, where he actively engaged as a student liaison for the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and provided legal assistance to low-income clients through Lane County Legal Aid. Admitted to the Oregon State Bar the same year, Timothy has since focused his practice on personal injury litigation, becoming the primary litigation attorney for his firm.
