Attorney Tim McGee, founder and sole practitioner at McGee's Law, focuses his practice on all aspects of family law including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, property division, paternity, prenuptial agreements, domestic violence and abuse prevention orders. In addition to domestic relations, Tim handles estate planning matters such as wills, health care proxies, powers of attorney, trusts (including supplemental/special needs trusts) and other probate matters. Prior to starting his own firm, Tim was a practicing attorney at a boutique family law firm in Boston. Tim has experience working with the Probate and Family Court while a Project Coordinator for the child support modification project in Bristol County. To keep up with current trends in the law, Tim is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association and frequently attends MCLE seminars. Attorney McGee is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School and holds an undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University in Connecticut. Born in Boston and raised in surrounding suburban towns, Tim is currently a resident of Boston and stays active in the community. Always looking to take on a new challenge, Tim completed the New York City marathon in 2009 and the Boston marathon in 2010.
