About
The law practice of attorney Timothy H. Wallace focuses on estate planning, probate of decedents' estates, corporate governance, contract law, as well as some business and property litigation. Tim graduated from Liberty University School of Law (Lynchburg, Virginia) and is a member of the North Carolina Bar. He is very passionate about helping clients reach their legal and business goals as well as mentoring others as they grow in their legal careers. Tim grew up on a small farm in rural Pennsylvania. He went to technical school and college to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Point Park University (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania). Prior to practicing law, Tim's “first” career was as a product design engineer and business manager. He is the inventor of nine patents for the construction and sports industries and managed a metals manufacturing company still located in Statesville, North Carolina. Tim lives in the Lake Norman area with his boxer/pit mix rescue named Marbury.
