I have been practicing in the field of Immigration and Nationality Law for more than twenty years. I have represented clients successfully before the USCIS, Immigration Courts, Board of Immigration Appeals, U.S. District Courts, U.S. Courts of Appeal, State Courts, and the Aministrative Appeals Office. Within the field of Immigration Law, I conduct a complete practice in all areas, representing individuals, families and businesses. My clients seek temporary and permanent visas, family and business visas, lawful permanent residence (green card), citizenship, political asylum and other immigration benefits. I also consult on immigration matters with criminal, family and other lawyers in matters bearing on immigration consequences for clients. I have also been called as an expert witness in immigration law in state court cases. I belong to the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and am past Chair of the Missouri/Kansas Chapter. I have also served for several years as the Chair of the Immigration Law Committee of the Bar Association of Metropolitan Saint Louis.
