Tim's experience extends to all major aspects of bankruptcy law, including issues relating to: Tim also has significant experience in general commercial litigation, including trademark, breach of contract, civil assault, and professional negligence cases. Before joining Sussman Shank LLP, Tim was an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP and another major law firm in New York City.
