Tiffany Dawn Hagar is an accomplished attorney at Hagar & Phillips, PLLC, based in Lebanon, Tennessee, where she dedicates her practice to general law and probate matters. A lifelong resident of Wilson County, Tiffany proudly serves the citizens of Wilson County and the surrounding Middle Tennessee area. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Tennessee College of Law in May 2010. Before establishing her own practice, Tiffany gained invaluable experience as a student attorney at the University of Tennessee Legal Clinic and as a law clerk for Holland Law in Knoxville. These roles provided her with exposure to a diverse range of legal areas, including criminal defense, family law, general civil litigation, business law, probate, juvenile law, and housing issues. Additionally, she completed internships with Judge Thomas Varlan of the Eastern District of Tennessee Federal Court and the Tennessee General Assembly, where she worked under Tommie F. Brown on the Higher Education Subcommittee. Tiffany is deeply passionate about serving her clients with dedication and integrity. Outside of her legal career, she enjoys spending time with her family, particularly her nephew Alexander, as well as her friends and beloved pets, CoCo, Cricket, and Aspen.
