My experience includes involvement in the largest chapter 11 busiess reorganizations, and the Detroit chapter 9 case, to the representation of average consumer debtors. Much of my firm's work is for clients who are in the middle, such as owners of small to medium-sized businesses. I have represented chapter 7 trustees through my entire career as well as secured creditors and financial institutions, and we have a number of long-term clients for whom we function as general counsel.
