Mr. Arkell’s vast knowledge of the NIW requirements and highly technical process allows him to answer client questions immediately and decisively so the NIW petition can be prepared, filed and approved in an efficient and timely manner. Mr. Arkell also has extensive experience with EB-5, J-1 waivers, H-1B, P-1, O-1, TN, PERM, I-140, I-485, citizenship and various family based applications. Over the last two decades he has also successfully filed Extraordinary Ability (EB-1A) petitions on behalf of talented scientists, researchers, business executives, entrepreneurs and world-class athletes as well as Outstanding Professor or Researcher (EB-1B) petitions on behalf of his university clients for accomplished faculty members and researchers. Mr. Arkell was an F-1 international student and then permanent resident before obtaining his U.S. citizenship.
