He established a significant bankruptcy practice shortly thereafter, gaining recognition for his work in high-profile cases. In 1989, he co-founded Warnicke & Littler, P.L.C., further expanding his expertise in bankruptcy law. After 23 years of running his own firm, Mr. Littler joined Gordon Silver in Las Vegas to launch its inaugural Arizona office. In 2013, he transitioned to a sole practitioner model, enabling him to offer more personalized and cost-effective legal services. In addition to his practice, Mr. Littler served as a judge pro tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court for 15 years, overseeing mediations and jury trials. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in General Business Administration and a Juris Doctor from Arizona State University.
