Attorney Terrence Robert Nealon, Jr. has been a distinguished member of McDonald & MacGregor, LLC since 2020, bringing with him a wealth of experience in personal injury law. With eight years of prior experience at a plaintiffs’ firm in Scranton, Mr. Nealon has passionately represented injured workers and victims of personal injury, consistently advocating for their rights and securing favorable outcomes. Mr. Nealon’s practice is centered on several key areas, including workers' compensation, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and personal injury litigation. He is recognized for his adeptness in navigating complex legal matters, having successfully argued cases throughout Pennsylvania. He holds a Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law and a cum laude B.A. in Communication from Villanova University, where he also studied abroad at the National University of Ireland, Galway.
