I have been a practicing attorney for over 30 years. I have been on the defense side for almost 10 years, and a plaintiff's attorney for nearly 20 years. I worked for 12 years at one of the top plaintiff's firms in the country at Robinson, Calcagnie & Robinson. In 2006, I was part of the trial team in the Barnett Vioxx case with a verdict of $51 Million. In 2010, I was co-counsel in 2 verdicts that both received Top Gun awards by OCTLA including a $14.6 Million verdict and a $3.1 Million verdict for Elder Abuse. My grandfather was an attorney and my father was an attorney, and then became a Judge in Seattle for nearly 30 years. When he passed away in 2003, King County re-named the courthouse the Robert A. Wacker Memorial building. I was an avid soccer player growing up in Seattle and received a scholarship for my undergraduate education in San Diego where I was Team Captain my last year and the team was ranked in the top 10 in the country. During law school, I clerked for another of the country's top plaintiff's firms at Casey, Gerry. I also performed a Judicial Intership with the California Court of Appeal, 4th District, Division 1.
