Susan M. Graham is the founder of Senior Edge Legal, previously known as The Graham Law Office, P.A., located in Boise, Idaho. With extensive expertise in estate planning, elder law, and VA benefits law, Ms. Graham is a respected speaker and seminar leader in her field. Her commitment to estate planning was inspired by personal experiences, as she witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by individuals lacking a comprehensive plan. Motivated to alleviate emotional distress and prevent financial hardships for others, she established her law practice in 1977. Over the years, Ms. Graham has cultivated lasting relationships with thousands of clients, focusing on their estate planning and elder law needs, including trusts, trust administration, wills, living wills, Medicaid planning, and VA benefits. Her primary objective is to empower clients to safeguard their assets and preserve their hard-earned wealth, providing peace of mind and security for themselves and their families. Ms. Graham holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University, an MBA with a finance emphasis from Boston University, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Idaho. She has also taught finance courses at Washington State University and the University of Idaho. A member of the Idaho State Bar Association, she is admitted to practice in all Idaho courts and the U.S. Federal Court. Additionally, Ms. Graham is a co-founder and past president of the American Association of Trust, Estate and Elder Law Attorneys and the Treasure Valley Estate Planning Council. She is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
