For 34 years, Mr. Kramer has brought and defended civil lawsuits involving catastrophic injuries and commercial disputes. From 1986 to 2003, he defended substantial lawsuits in the areas of product liability, aviation, medical malpractice, commercial transport, liquor liability, insurance coverage, bad faith and commercial litigation. Since 2004, Steve has represented injured people in wrongful death and personal injury actions involving significant or catastrophic injuries from a variety of causes, including defective products, medical malpractice, motor vehicles, animals and unsafe premises. Mr. Kramer also helps other lawyers settle civil lawsuits. He has served as a court-appointed mediator since 2008. Steve’s success rate in settling cases has been outstanding. Steve is deeply committed to providing effective paths to voluntary dispute resolution. He has serve as a member of the Executive Counsel of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of Arizona State Bar since 2014, and in 2019-20 served as Chair of the Section. Steve also serves on Arizona State Bar Civil Jury Instructions Committee, and Chaired that committee from 2018-2020.
