Steven J. Carroll focuses on criminal defense and civil rights litigation. He is a graduate from the University of Pittsburgh (2012) and Widener Delaware Law School (2021-cum laude). Prior to and during law school, Steven was trained and mentored by the legendary trial attorney, Robert B. Mozenter, who is nationally recognized as an attorney of the highest caliber (Top 1%).
