Meet Steven Francis Lamb, an experienced attorney proudly serving clients from the Fargo office of Vogel Law Firm. With a distinguished career spanning over three decades, Steven has established himself as a leading Trial and Appellate Litigation Lawyer in North Dakota and Minnesota. His legal journey began with the North Dakota Highway Department, where he served as an Assistant Attorney General for five years. He then transitioned to private practice, including a role as a part-time tribal prosecutor at the Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Court for four years, before dedicating 21 years to American Family Mutual Insurance Company. Steven's extensive litigation expertise encompasses a wide array of legal matters, including personal injury, property damage, insurance coverage, and subrogation. He has successfully navigated complex cases involving eminent domain, highway contracts, administrative hearings, criminal law, and appeals. Notably, he has personally tried over 50 jury trials, showcasing his skill and determination in the courtroom. His appellate experience includes briefing and arguing cases before the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Northern Plains Intertribal Court of Appeals, the Minnesota Appellate Court, and more than 17 appeals to the North Dakota Supreme Court. A proud alumnus of the University of North Dakota School of Law, Steven has further honed his trial skills through advanced training at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) and the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC).
