Brooks Smith of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, further refining his litigation skills and understanding of the judicial system. Outside of his professional endeavors, Steve enjoys life in Chambersburg with his girlfriend, Svetlana, and their two dogs, Delilah and Bandit.
