I am licensed to practice in California state courts and the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern, Northern and Central Districts of California. I represent clients throughout the Central Valley and Northern California. In 2008, I was appointed to serve as a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee for the Eastern District Bankruptcy Court. This appointment and related experience has greatly expanded our expertise in handling our clients' claims in banruptcy related matters. Since establishing this firm, we have collected millions of dollars for our clients.
