Stephanie Moser is a partner at Ball Morse Lowe PLLC whose practice focuses on oil. gas. + energy, title examinations, and federal Indian law. Stephanie is co-chair of the firm’s oil, gas + energy practice group. She has over a decade of practice in tribal, state, and federal jurisdictions. As a 2008 graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law, she earned her Juris Doctorate and a certificate in American Indian Law from the Center for the Study of American Indian Law and Policy. Stephanie has dedicated her career to developing a unique set of skills in federal Indian law and energy law. As an expert in oil and gas title examination and Native American natural resources, she regularly fields questions from clients pertaining to Indian title and jurisdictional issues, as well as the development of natural resources in multiple tribal, state, and federal jurisdictions, and real estate transactions involving restricted and trust lands. With this unique combination of knowledge and experience, Stephanie is able to offer this unique skillset to clients seeking to negotiate transactions within Indian country. Stephanie often volunteers her time to speak at legal events and other professional development seminars to educate members of the legal community about recent developments in Indian law and energy law. By sharing her expertise in how these two complex areas of practice work together, her goal is to empower industry professionals to work together with tribal governments to create new economic development opportunities.
