Stephanie A. Kiefer represents individual and corporate clients in a broad range of environmental permitting and regulatory compliance issues, including all aspects of land use planning, hazardous waste litigation, administrative appeals, wastewater discharge and wetlands and waterways issues. Ms. Kiefer's practice areas include wetlands and waterways, zoning and subdivision, hazardous and solid waste, environmental impact review, development and conveyance of property and enforcement actions. Ms. Kiefer also serves as special counsel in environmentally-complex real estate transactions, involving hazardous waste releases and remediation as well as comprehensive permitting.
