Stephanie Thorpe practices exclusively in the area of U.S. immigration law. She focuses on assisting companies with visas for professionals, executives and managers, and treaty nationals. She assists individuals with citizenship applications, fiancé petitions, and family-based petitions. Ms. Thorpe earned her B.A. in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Washington; and her J.D. from the University of Oregon. She has presented on the topic of U visas for crime victims. She is involved in serving the community through pro-bono work at legal clinics, and leadership roles in organizations such as Latina/o Bar Association of Washington, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (Washington Chapter). She has served as a pro bono attorney with Kids In Need of Defense (KIND), The Immigrant Family Advocacy Project (IFAP) at the University of Washington, and as a judge for the Thomas Tang Northwest Regional Moot Court Competition (appellate advocacy). Stephanie is admitted to practice in the State of Washington, before the Western District of Washington, and before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
