Stanislaw J. Skupien is a dedicated attorney and first-generation Polish-American, proudly serving the Chicago community from his practice, the Law Offices of Stanislaw J. Skupien. Raised on the Southwest Side of Chicago, he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago before pursuing his Juris Doctor at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. During his law school tenure, Mr. Skupien distinguished himself as a Guardian Ad Litem for Kids’ Voice of Indiana, advocating for children from low-income families in custody and parentage disputes in Indianapolis. Following graduation, he began his legal career as a litigation attorney at a consumer bankruptcy and foreclosure defense firm. Mr. Skupien has since transitioned his focus to personal injury law, where he is committed to providing high-quality legal services to individuals and businesses across the city. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Skupien is an engaged community volunteer, organizing events and facilitating communications for the Chamber of Commerce in Hickory Hills. He is also an active member of the Polish Highlander’s Alliance of North America and is fluent in Polish. Mr. Skupien is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and he is a member of several professional associations, including the American Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
