Sonja McMahon was born and raised in Greenwood, Indiana. Sonja began working at Eskew Law in December 2012 as a receptionist, eventually moving up to the position of law clerk. In May 2014, Sonja left Eskew Law to pursue an internship with the Marion County Public Defender Agency. While with the Agency, Sonja worked with misdemeanors, juvenile delinquency matters, and Child In Need of Services cases. Sonja returned to Eskew Law in January 2015, working as a paralegal while preparing for the Indiana Bar Examination. Sonja’s legal career is focused on criminal defense and family law matters.
