Siobhan Green focuses substantially all of her professional time on commercial real estate leasing transactions. She specializes in the office and retail leasing of high-end properties in the prime business districts of Manhattan and has participated in the representation of major New York City landlords, such as Brookfield Financial Properties and SL Green, and prestigious tenants, such as Soros Management Fund. Ms. Green has been honored as a 2012 New York Rising Star in Real Estate. Ms. Green has participated with a team panel lecturing on leasing topics for the MBA program at Columbia University. Prior to concentrating her professional career in real estate law, Ms. Green was as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
