I represent large and small businesses, financial institutions, and individuals in civil litigation, including cases involving business disputes, construction issues, breach of contract, business torts, franchise disputes, trade secrets, intellectual property, products liability, defamation, fraud, lender liability, property disputes, and insurance coverage questions, among others. I also represents clients in AAA arbitration. In addition, I provide advice to businesses in a capacity similar to in-house counsel. My work includes reviewing and drafting contracts, developing strategies to deal with and avoid legal issues, and assisting in strategic planning from a legal perspective. I am licensed to practice in Tennessee and Arkansas and am admitted to the United States District Courts for the Western District of Tennessee, the Middle District of Tennessee, the Eastern District of Tennessee, the Eastern District of Arkansas, the Eastern District of Michigan, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
