· Counsel employers regarding complex legal human resource issues, including disability accommodations, leaves of absence, wage and hour, employee discipline, hiring criteria, employment handbooks and agreements, electronic/computer policies, vicarious liability, covenants not-to-compete, workplace investigations and terminations.
