About

Counsel Carolina (Gambale Beckley & Budd PLLC) is a firm of award-winning Raleigh personal injury lawyers and trial attorneys fighting for the injured and underserved in North Carolina. Our team has recovered millions in damages for our clients and is committed to making good legal help more accessible, fair, and universal. Our injury trial attorneys in Raleigh bridge the obstacles that prevent regular, everyday people from getting the legal help they need and function as a community legal resource for the underserved and those left behind by traditional law firms. Though our team and experiences are diverse, our mission in clear: make the law work for everyone. Our Raleigh personal injury and wrongful death lawyers aren’t afraid to go to trial or take on powerful interests to get you the justice you deserve. Seth Beckley is a founding member of Counsel Carolina and leads the firm’s personal injury practice. As a former insurance defense lawyer, Seth has experience investigating racing, car, and commercial trucking accidents and now fights on behalf of clients injured in those incidents. He has litigated matters in state and federal court, in FINRA and AAA arbitration, and before the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Born and raised in Clemson, South Carolina, Seth graduated from the Calhoun Honors College at Clemson University and the University of Virginia School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in North Carolina. An avid football fan, Seth coached at his local high school while attending Clemson. When there isn’t a game on, Seth and his wife Amanda enjoy traveling and trying to keep up with their two kids and dog, Chewie.
