He graduated from Rogers High School as part of its last unified class, embodying a spirit of resilience and determination that has shaped his career. Seth pursued his undergraduate studies at Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana, where he excelled both academically and athletically as a Daktronics NAIA Scholar Athlete and an All-Conference performer on the Wildcats baseball team. After hanging up his cleats, he transitioned his competitive drive into the legal arena, focusing on trial law as a means to advocate for those in need. At the University of Arkansas School of Law, Seth honed his legal skills as a Rule XV Student Practitioner, prosecuting cases with the Benton County Prosecutor’s Office. His role as Note & Comment Editor for the Journal of Food Law & Policy and his clerkships with the Civil Department of the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office and Benton County Circuit Court Judge Brad Karren further solidified his expertise in legal matters. Seth’s legal career began in downtown Little Rock, where he represented large insurance companies in civil jury trials. Through this experience, he gained invaluable insights into the tactics and strategies employed by insurers. However, his passion for justice led him to pivot his focus towards helping individuals who have suffered personal injuries and face challenges in obtaining fair treatment from insurance companies.
