Scott’s family law practice focuses on the representation of families in all aspects family law include but not limited to divorce, dissolutions, child custody, custody modification, establishment of paternity and QDROs (Qualified Domestic Relations Order). Scott has extensive experience with contract negotiation and contract review in the business and construction industry as well as mediation and arbitration experience.
