Scott was born and raised in San Jose, California. He graduated Cum Laude from University of California, Los Angeles in 2008 with a major in American Literature. He attended Santa Clara University Law School and graduated Cum Laude in 2012. Prior to starting Gale, Angelo, Johnson P.C., Scott worked for a consumer bankruptcy law firm assisting debtors. Scott has represented hundreds of Debtors in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases throughout Northern Califiornia, successfully helping them to discharge burdensome debt, keep their homes, and restore their credit. Scott also represents consumers in consumer protection civil litigation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. Scott is a past president of the Bench-Bar Liaison Committee for the Northern District of California and has also advised the court on matters relating to chapter 13 bankruptcy.
