I specialize in business disputes, real estate disputes, and probate litigation. I have experience handling cases at all stages, including through a jury trial. Some examples of business disputes include breaching of fiduciary duties between business partners, misuse/misappropriation of funds by business partners and purchase and sale disputes. For real estate, I handle homeowner v. homewoners' association, landlord-tenant, neighbor disputes involving property line encroachment/trespass, and purchase and sale issues with either buyer v. seller, or agent v. client. My firm also handles all aspects of estate planning and probate issues. The reason I became a lawyer is I want to help good people who need a strong advocate. I really take the time to explain the process to my clients so they understand what to expect.
