I have 25 years of experience in land use and zoning law, municipal and redevelopment law, and environmental law. I am currently serving as city attorney for the cities of Aliso Viejo (10 years) and Lake Forest (7 years). I am also the associate counsel to both the Orange County and Santa Clara County Local Agency Formation Commissions, and special counsel to other LAFCOs.
