About

Sarah Sparkman is a former prosecutor, skilled trial attorney, and fierce advocate. She has personally handled more than 8,000 criminal and traffic cases in Arkansas District Courts and uses that experience to help people who have been charged with DWI, drug violations, domestic violence and other criminal and traffic matters. In addition to her vast criminal law experience, Sarah has a history of fighting for those who have the odds stacked against them. She has fought against big banks in court (and won), she has fought against landlords who try to illegally evict their tenants (and won), and she has fought against corporations trying to illegally freeze bank accounts (and won). Although no attorney can guarantee the outcome of a case, Sarah has the experience, tenacity, and skills to navigate difficult situations for her clients. Hiring an attorney is an investment of time, money, and trust, and Sarah takes her responsibility to her clients seriously. Sarah provides zealous representation and individual attention to each of her clients so that together, they can reach the best resolution possible.
