About
While justice is not Sarah's only passion, it is certainly the one that most drives her career. Empathy is her greatest strength. Accountability and compensation are her goals. She will counsel you and fight for you as if you were family. Prior to attending law school, Sarah was a receptionist and legal assistant at a mid-sized defense firm in Louisville, Kentucky with her eyes set on law school. Unsurprisingly, she quickly realized her dedication was to people rather than corporations and switched sides at the first opportunity. Sarah has been focused on the Plaintiffs' personal injury work since she obtained her law license in October of 2015. Her experience covers a myriad of fields including product liability, multi-district litigations, nursing home, and elder abuse and neglect, medical malpractice, dram shop, and others. She is a fierce advocate, devoted to exceeding her clients' expectations. Sarah received her undergraduate degrees in Political Science with an emphasis on Law and Public Policy and Economics at the University of Louisville in 2011, graduating cum laude. She continued her education at U of L's Brandeis School of Law achieving her Juris Doctor in 2015, again graduating cum laude. She was named a Brandeis Scholar and wrote for the Journal of Animal and Environmental Law while completing her studies. Sarah resides in Louisville, Kentucky with her family, including her three-year-old daughter Arabelle. In her free time, Sarah enjoys gardening, the arts, a good novel or memoir, traveling, and especially volunteering her time for local and national civil rights and justice reform efforts.
