About
I am a founding partner of Sethi & Mazaheri, LLC. My firm represents individuals in immigration and criminal proceedings in New York, New Jersey and the Washington DC, Metro Area. Most recently, I was an Assistant Prosecutor at the Union County Prosecutor's Office, where I served in the domestic violence, juvenile and appellate units. Prior to working as a prosecutor, I served as a Law Clerk in the Criminal Division of the Bergen County Superior Court under the Honorable Patrick J. Roma, J.S.C. My interest in and commitment to public service are rooted in my work experience at the United Nations Children’s Fund in Moscow, Russia, as well as at the Public Interest Law Institute in Budapest, Hungary, where I served as a research fellow.
