About

Following graduation from law school, I clerked for Justice Fernande R.V. Duffly of the Massachusetts Appeals Court (now of the Supreme Judicial Court). For over ten years, at Greater Boston Legal Services' Asian Outreach Unit, I represented clients in contested divorce matters, such as restraining orders, divorce, child custody, and child support. My private practice focuses on all aspects of immigration and family law. I represent individuals in family petitions, adjustment of status, asylum, temporary work visas, investor visas, VAWA self-petitions, U visas and removal defense. I also consult and represent small businesses in various employment-based immigration cases. My family law practice focuses on divorce, child custody, child support, and property and asset division. I am also a trained family law mediator. I offer flexible payment plans and limited assistance representations in family law matters.
