I help companies expand, reorganize, buy, sell and liquidate. My practice is focused on clients in transition who need assistance in debt restructuring, refinancing, workouts and turnarounds. I have represented both healthy and troubled companies and the individuals who own and are employed by them. These solutions have included bankruptcy, offers in compromise, workouts, receiverships and refinancing. I have represented debtors, creditors, governmental entities, owners, trustees, creditors committees and receivers. I also represent municipalities and organizations who do business with them. My government service experience includes: bonds, tax increment financing, public private partnerships, annexation redevelopment grants and utility rate adjustments.
