About
Saam Takaloo is an experienced and proficient attorney, practicing complex commercial, employment and intellectual property litigation, as well as entertainment and corporate law. His clients range from large financial institutions, real estate developers, apparel manufacturers and high net-worth individuals, to technological start-ups. With extensive experience handling all phases of a wide variety of cases from inception to settlement or trial, as well as numerous transactional business, real estate and intellectual property matters, Mr. Takaloo is fully equipped to address the business needs of individuals, small businesses, and multinational corporations, alike. Mr. Takaloo received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from the University of Southern California. He then attended Loyola Law School, concentrating in corporate law, serving on the Moot Court Honors Board, and representing the school in the Roger J. Traynor California Moot Court Competition. He was also a semi-finalist in the Transactional Negotiation Competition, and addressed the legal needs of clients in the design and fashion industries as part of Loyola’s Fashion Law Clinic. Outside of the office and courtroom, Mr. Takaloo is active in his community, serving on the Board of Directors of the Iranian American Bar Association. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with his friends and family, which includes Enzo, his Doberman Pinscher.
