Ryan Stewart is an aggressive litigator who handles cases at the trial court and appellate levels, including high-stakes business litigation, intellectual property, contract, fraud, unfair competition, and legal malpractice matters. He also provides legal counsel and representation in the areas of elder law and estate planning. Mr. Stewart heads the civil litigation department at Moneymaker & Stewart, LLP. He did his undergraduate work at the University of Michigan and University of Pennsylvania, and was the salutatorian (second in his graduating class) at Western State College of Law. While in law school and before, Mr. Stewart learned the practice of law by working on complex, multi-million dollar litigation under the supervision and tutelage of Martindale-Hubble AV rated lawyers, a designation reserved for attorneys who are ranked by their peers as having achieved the highest level of professional excellence.
