Ryan L. Pardue’s practice focuses on construction defect litigation. Mr. Pardue obtained his undergraduate degree from The College of William and Mary in Virginia in 2002 and he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law and was admitted to practice in the State of Colorado in 2007. Prior to joining Burg Simpson, Mr. Pardue was a trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Labor, representing the Mine Safety and Health Administration litigating cases related to the Federal Mine Health and Safety Act of 1977. Mr. Pardue also served as a Deputy District Attorney for the 9th Judicial District in Glenwood Springs, Colorado and represented clients in civil litigation matters in a variety of practice areas as an attorney in private practice.
