About
I am an estate planning and business attorney who is licensed to practice in Arizona. I am an Arizona native, a husband, and a father to three boys. During my undergraduate studies, I was selected as a legislative intern through the political science program at Arizona State University. I worked for the Governor in Boards and Commissions, processing the Governor's appointed board directors and assiting them through the Senate confirmation process. This unique experience was available to a limited number of students, and afforded me the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working within the legislative process. Upon completing the intership program, I graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor's degree in political science. Not long after completing my undergraduate studies, I enrolled in law school at the Williams S. Boyd College of Law at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. After completing my first year of law school in Las Vegas, I was able to transfer to the Sandra Day O'Connor College of law at Arizona State University. During the course of my studies at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, I seized the opportunity to participate in the ASU Civil Justice Clinic as a limited practice student attorney. In that capacity, I was able to meet with and represent clients, under faculty supervision. I participated in the clinic for a full year, engaging in settlements and negotiations, drafting various motions and pleadings, and I also delivered an oral argument before the civil presiding judge on an important foreclosure case against a major financial institution. The time I spent working with the clinic was invaluable, and provided me with experience practicing law in a way that I may not have otherwise gained through clerkships. Both my law school experience and my clerkships gave me valuable exposure to the many areas of practice in the legal profession. I came to realize that the area of law that matters most to me is estate planning. What I most enjoy is building a rapport with clients, hearing their stories, and learning of their goals and ambitions. I love providing a service for people that helps make them feel both a sense of accomplishment and security.
