I help Hawaii companies navigate their way through the complex set of Hawaii and federal labor and employment laws so they can stay compliant with their legal reuqirements and focus on running their businesses. After spending 10 years litigating employment law disputes, I have adopted the motto that "the best defense is a good offense" for employment relatd matters. I believe that most employment lawsuits can be avoided if companies are proactive, act responsibly, and seek proper guidance or counseling with confronted with a workplace issue.
