Ryan Jacobsen is an associate with Hall Angell & Associates, LLP (Hall Angell). Before joining Hall Angell, Ryan worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Jonathan Brody of Idaho’s Fifth Judicial District and subsequently practiced law with a well-respected firm in Southeastern Idaho. Ryan has assisted clients in many areas of law, including business formation, business sales and acquisitions, and real estate contracts. Ryan has been integral in preparing noncompetition and nondisclosure agreements, independent contractor agreements, and buy-sell agreements. Ryan also has experience with complex business litigation, having represented a high-volume home builder in Southeastern Idaho. Ryan works hard and takes pride in being knowledgeable and responsive in assisting his clients with whatever legal issues may arise. Ryan is committed to providing the best legal representation to protect his clients’ interests. During law school, Ryan excelled in legal writing and oral argument. He was a semi-finalist in the McNichols Moot Court competition and went on to compete in two Duberstein Moot Court competitions, twice taking second place in the Western Regional competition and taking seventh place overall in the national competition in New York City. Ryan also worked as a teaching assistant in the legal research and writing course and served as a managing editor of the Idaho Law Review. In addition to his work as an attorney, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family and being active outdoors playing sports, skiing, and fishing.
